Flexel Returns

Any goods not required, for any reason, may be returned within 14 days from receipt, at customers cost, for full credit (excluding carriage and packing charges) providing they are received in perfect condition, in original packaging and suitable for re-sale. All returns must be accompanied by a returns authorisation number before returning any goods.  Failure to obtain the returns authorisation number will delay any replacements or credit being issued. To confirm your return and obtain an authorisation number you must call us on 01592 760928 prior to returning any goods to us. Custom / bespoke made items are not returnable unless faulty. All returns are tested before a refund or exchange is authorised.

Stock Cleanse

We operate a 2 for 1 returns policy, with the potential for a charge which will be discussed at the point of return. Products returned must be in original packaging in re-saleable condition and less than 13 months old. Any returned products must have a returns number and returns carriage is at customers cost.
