FAQS ABOUT ARTIFICIAL GRASS
HOW DO YOU LAY ARTIFICIAL GRASS?
There are several steps to complete to lay artificial grass.  Firstly, clear the area where the artificial grass is going to be put.  If there isn’t an existing edge for the product to sit against, create an edge.  Consider using an edging system.  The next step is laying the base.  Put approximately 6mm of granite dust down and level it with a piece of timber.  Alternatively, sand can be used, but keep the depth below 20mm. Hardcore should be used underneath the granite dust or sand to level any imperfections.  Apply a weed membrane and secure it around the perimeter.  Next, unroll the turf and once positioned, trim any excess.  Finally, apply kiln sand to the turf using a brush or lawn fertiliser spreader.
HOW DO YOU CLEAN ARTIFICIAL GRASS?
Cleaning artificial grass is simple and quick. Regularly remove debris with a leaf blower or broom. Rinse the grass with a garden hose to remove dust and dirt. For pet waste, pick up solids and rinse the area. Spot clean spills with mild soap and water, then rinse thoroughly. Brush the fibres with a stiff broom to keep them upright and looking fresh. Deep clean seasonally using a turf cleaner and brushing. Avoid sharp objects and excessive heat to prevent damage. Ensure the drainage system is clear for proper water flow. With these steps, your lawn stays clean and vibrant!
