- Delivery to most UK postcodes is Free of Charge
- PA20, HS1-9, IV41-49, IV55-56, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA41-49, PA60-78, PH42-44, ZE1-3, PO30-41, TR21-25, GY, JE and IM postcodes have a £120 delivery charge
- IV4-5, IV13-14, IV21-28, IV52-54 and IV63 postcodes have a £80 delivery charge
- Hyundai Power Products do not deliver to BT postcodes
Hyundai Power Products Returns
Hyundai Power Products want all customers to be completely satisfied with their products. If you have any issues with your machine, please contact us immediately on 01646 687 880.
Usually, a member of the Hyundai Power Products team will be able to get you up and running in no time. If, however, we are unable to identify the issue you may wish to return your product.
Important Information: For the safety of our couriers and our staff, we cannot accept returns of items which have not been drained of fuel and oil where this is applicable. Failure to do so will result in your return being rejected, as there is a risk of fire and serious injury.
- Change of mind (new & unused condition only) within 14 days of delivery: If your item is in new condition, in original unopened packaging and you have simply changed your mind before using it, you may return the item for a refund. There will be a charge to contribute towards carriage. We will just need to check the machine over once received back into our warehouse before the refund is issued.
- Received Damaged: If your parcel is received damaged, please ensure that this is noted with the delivery person. It is vital that you contact Hyundai Power Products immediately to ensure they can make a claim with the courier. They will require photographic evidence of the damaged item and packaging. Please advise Hyundai Power Products of transit damage within a maximum of 24 hours. They will then arrange for collection and replacement.
- Faulty items: In the unlikely event that your machine develops a fault, for your safety and to prevent further damage, please stop using it immediately. Should your item develop a fault within 30 days of delivery you may request a return for replacement, repair or refund. Hyundai Power Products have a vast range of parts for their machines in stock and for your convenience, they are usually able to identify the issue over the telephone and get a replacement part out to you quickly. Most faults can be rectified without any prior knowledge or expertise. Faults reported outside of 30 days of purchase will be subject to Hyundai Power Products standard warranty terms and conditions.
