LPD Doors Delivery

The delivery charge depends on the number of doors ordered and the delivery postcode.  If your postcode is not listed below, please use the no surcharge column.  

The delivery charge does not increase further for orders of 12 or more doors.  All delivery charges below exclude VAT.

  • Delivery notes must be signed and dated with the quantities confirmed.
  • All items must be checked thoroughly upon delivery and any items that are not as originally ordered must be notified to LPD within 3 days of delivery.
  • Do not remove packaging as items must be in original condition.
  • All products must be at the original delivery address.
  • Any edge damages should be reported on arrival and noted on the POD.

LPD Doors Returns

  • Please retain the original packaging and return all products in the original packaging. 

Damage or Manufacturing Defects

  • Face damage must be reported within 3 working days.
  • Photographic evidence MUST be provided for manufacturing defects and face damage along with a completed Returns Request Form.
  • If the packaging is damaged upon arrival, please take a photograph and retain the packaging so the item can be rewrapped if the product itself is also damaged.
  • All products must be at the original delivery address.
  • Any manufacturing defect on a product that has been worked on, must be sent with a completed customer service form, to our Customer Service Team -

Customer Cancellations

  • All duplications and order errors should be reported within 30 days of delivery.
  • Do not remove packaging as items must be in original condition.
  • All products must be at the original delivery address.
  • All relevant purchase order numbers will be required as proof of order.
  • Returns requested for customer errors may be subject to charges. 

Additional Terms for Home Delivery

In addition to our standard returns policy, the following also applies to any collection requested using LPDs Home Delivery Service:

  • For any collection request LPD will arrange a maximum of two confirmed attempts: after which any further attempts will attract further charges.  A confirmed attempt is where the customer has been contacted and has agreed the collection date/time.
  • Please note any additional collection charges may apply
  • Where an item exchange has been arranged and fails due to misinformation from the customer, any redelivery fees will be chargeable.
  • Please also note should you arrange a ‘safe collection place’ , LPD can assume no liability for the goods and/or the safe place.
