Our Marine Plywood Options

Choose from an impressive range of diamond mark-certified plywood, such as:

  • 12x2440x1220mm Marine Plywood – a great option for thinner plywood used in wet environments. With 12mm of thickness, it maintains its strength and has a negligible core gap to limit the trapping of water inside the plywood itself.
  • 18x2440x1220mm Marine Plywood – a thicker choice of board for those applications that need a greater deal of strength. Like our thinner boards, it has a negligible core gap and has been specifically designed for wet environments.

All the marine-grade plywood we offer has been treated to resist rot, moisture, humidity, and fungal attacks.

When you choose MGM Timber products, you choose nothing but the best. Buy now!

Plywood is a wooden material that is manufactured using layers of wood veneer. These layers of wood veneer are glued together, with each layer being rotated 90 degrees to give the sheet strength.
Primarily, plywood is used in internal structural applications. This would be for partitions, flooring, ceilings, and sheathing.  Additionally, plywood can be used for furniture, shelving, cabinets, cladding and for doors.  Plywood graded for external use can be used for things such as outdoor furniture, crates, bins, and more.
Marine plywood is a special type of plywood designed for use in environments that are wet, humid and prone to water exposure. Examples could be the kitchen or bathroom.
